Local Therapists

Meal Support

Feeding yourself in times of grief can feel insurmountable. Lasagna Love is a national non-profit with a Cincinnati presence. You can request a free lasgna to be delivered at your home.

Black Moms, Sowing Seeds in Omi also has a grant to provide free meals to postpartum moms and/or loss moms. More here.

Christ Hospital

Christ Hospital hosts an online Facebook community for those who have experienced perinatal loss. The group has recently resumed some in person no-cost support groups, too.

Local Doulas

We have many incredible doulas in the Cincinnati area. For those navigating perinatal loss, we strongly endorse our friend Rebecca Jahnigen, Whole Life Doula for comprehensive and loving physical + socioemotional support. View our Instagram live with Becca.
