I am a mother of two boys, ages 4 and 6, and someone who is passionate about providing support and empowering new parents in the postpartum period. As someone who has experienced my own challenges navigating the early days of parenthood, I know the benefits that hands-on physical and emotional support can offer at such a pivotal time in life. I chose to become a postpartum doula to be the person who can offer guidance (and relief!), build confidence and make the postpartum period a time that is filled with less stress and more ease and joy.
