Our Three-Tiered Pricing Structure
Investment: $150-$230 for the 7.5 hour series.
Tiered self-selected pricing available:
Accessibility Pricing: $150 | This pricing is available to those who would traditionally qualify for sliding-scale services (ex. Medicaid, SNAP) or for whom day-to-day expenses remain a significant barrier.
Standard Pricing: $200 | This is the program's standard cost. As a 100% participant-funded organization, a majority of participants investing at this level is what keeps our lights on.
Pay-it-Forward Pricing: $230 | For those with secure access to food, housing, and a little extra at the end of each month, invest at this level and sustain our work for the months and years to come.
A two-part payment plan is available for Standard Pricing, by request.
When you proceed with booking, you’ll only see the $200 price; during the registration process, you’ll see an option to -$50/+$30
Frequently Asked Questions:
(In)Fertility Circles
-
The (In)Fertility Circle is for women navigating infertility, fertility treatment, and different paths to growing a family, including IUI and IVF.
You do not need to be at a particular stage of treatment to join. Whether you are just beginning treatment, actively in a cycle, between cycles, or determining what comes next, you are welcome here.
-
That's expected. No two fertility journeys look exactly alike, and part of the value of Circle is connecting with women who understand the emotional experience even when the details of their paths are different.
We ask participants to honor one another's experiences and decisions, avoid comparing journeys, and prioritize solidarity over unsolicited advice.
-
No. The Circle is designed for women experiencing infertility and may include women navigating IUI, IVF, other fertility treatments, or determining their next steps with a fertility provider.
-
No. The (In)Fertility Circle is a peer-support and community experience, not group therapy or medical care.
Your facilitator will help guide conversations and provide opportunities for reflection, connection, and practical support. The Circle is not intended to replace care from your physician, therapist, or other healthcare providers.
-
Each 90-minute Circle combines guided conversation, reflection, and connection around different aspects of navigating infertility and fertility treatment.
Topics include managing uncertainty, caring for yourself through treatment, relationships, work, identity, and maintaining connection to yourself and others along the way.
You will never be required to share more than feels comfortable.
-
We know how quickly things can change during fertility treatment. Cycles can be delayed or canceled, treatment plans can change, and participants may receive difficult or hopeful news during the series.
You are welcome to continue participating through those changes. Our goal is to create a space where both the high points and the difficult moments can be held with care.
-
We will honor this next step in your journey with you. We also recognize that pregnancy after infertility can bring many emotions and that pregnancy news can be tender for others who are still navigating treatment.
Your facilitator will help you navigate this transition thoughtfully while honoring both your experience and the experiences of the other women in your Circle.
-
If you become pregnant before the first Circle, please reach out to us. Because the (In)Fertility Circle is designed for women actively navigating infertility and fertility treatment, we’ll help determine whether this Circle is still the right fit for you or whether another Cincy Postpartum offering may better support you in this next season.
-
Yes. The Circle welcomes women navigating fertility treatment through many different paths, including women pursuing parenthood with a partner or on their own, LGBTQ+ women, and those navigating IUI, IVF, donor eggs or sperm, donor embryos, embryo adoption, or other fertility treatment.
While everyone’s path may look different, the Circle creates space to connect around many of the shared emotions and experiences that can come with fertility treatment.
-
Yes. Creating a space where women feel comfortable being honest about their experiences is incredibly important to us.
Participants agree that personal stories and experiences shared within the Circle stay within the Circle.
-
We know fertility treatment doesn't always cooperate with your calendar. Appointments, procedures, and treatment schedules can change quickly.
If something comes up, reach out to your facilitator. We will do our best to help you stay connected to your Circle and the material you missed. This might include participating virtually for a week if you’re ill or do not have the capacity to join in-person.
-
We hope so! One of the primary goals of the (In)Fertility Circle is creating meaningful connection with other women who understand this experience.
As part of the program, you’ll be connected in a group chat with participants and your facilitator. Often, this chat stays active well beyond Circle.
Participants will have opportunities to connect between sessions, and the series includes a social gathering at the conclusion, designed simply to spend time together outside of the structured Circle setting.
