We weren’t built to navigate the postpartum season and early parenting alone.

Let’s do this together.

Our facilitated, cohort-based Postpartum Circles™ combine the delivery of just-in-time resources, facilitated discussion, and story-sharing from participants.

The goal? A comfortable + supportive space to ask questions in real-time and deeply connect with local parents in the same transformative season of postpartum and early parenting.

Participants are strongly encouraged to connect outside of designated meeting times, as one goal of Cincy Postpartum Circles is to help you cultivate your local village that can extend beyond the infant year!

When Do I Sign Up?

When possible, pre-book the month BEFORE baby is expected to arrive, for a circle that starts 2-8 weeks after baby’s latest possible due date. We will work with pre-booked participants to shift to an alternative start date when baby arrives, if necessary.

Who Are These For?

Our 4th Trimester Postpartum Circles are for first-time moms AND moms with older children*—we know every journey is unique. We welcome birth & adoptive moms in these circles. Babies typically join you, too, though that’s not required.

*we ask that older children do not attend circle; this is an opportunity to connect with your newest baby. We know this is limiting, and hope to increase options as our capacity expands.

Our Three-Tiered Pricing Structure

Investment: $150-$230* for the 7.5 hour series.

*Currently discounted to $130/$180/$210 introductory pricing, as we expand this programming in a new community!

We operated a three-tiered, self-selected pricing system to increase access to our services:

Accessibility Pricing: $150 (introductory discount: $130) | This pricing is available to those who would traditionally qualify for sliding-scale services (ex. Medicaid, SNAP) or for whom day-to-day expenses remain a significant barrier.

Standard Pricing: $200 (introductory discount: $180) | This is the program's standard cost. As a 100% participant-funded organization, a majority of participants investing at this level is what keeps our lights on.

Pay-it-Forward Pricing: $230 (introductory discount: $210) | For those with secure access to food, housing, and a little extra at the end of each month, invest at this level and sustain our work for the months and years to come.

A two-part payment plan is available for Standard Pricing, by request.

When you proceed with booking, you’ll only see the $180 introductory price; during the registration process, you’ll see an option to -$50/+$30 for accessibility & pay-it-forward pricing.

Are postpartum circles™ a peer support group?

A mom’s/parent’s group?

A class?

…they’re a little bit of all of that, wrapped in one.

Expecting later this year?

We coordinate our 4th Trimester Postpartum Circles by estimated birth month, so babies are close in age.

We encourage pre-booking, as it helps us manage enrollment and helps ensure YOU have the support in place after baby arrives (some locations do fill quickly).

Join our notification list with your estimated due date, and you’ll hear from us a few weeks before your expected birth month! We’ll also send you our Postpartum Planning Guide as a freebie.
