Having grown up in Northern Kentucky and experienced living abroad during university, I've cultivated a lifelong passion for learning, travel, and empathetic listening. My immediate family resides locally, while my partner's family is in Massillon, OH.

My career in language teaching, higher education, and software development program management has underscored the significance of language, continuous learning, and understanding the impact of information overload.

Becoming a parent brought a unique journey of self-discovery, and I strive to honor this duality while embracing all our evolving identities. I am deeply passionate about guiding and educating individuals through transformative life stages. Coaching, presence, teaching, and witnessing personal growth during these experiences have been the most rewarding aspects of my career. Navigating the world through a decolonized lens is a lifelong journey I am undertaking.

Outside of teaching/supporting/facilitating, my partner and two children keep life exciting. We enjoy singing, traveling, tending to our fairy garden, playing board and video games, spending time with friends and family, camping, and attending live music events. One of my children is currently focused on developing drum skills for the next Eras tour.
