We recommend booking this series a month before your due date, when possible. We suggest booking a start date 4-8 weeks past your estimated due date. We will work with pre-booked participants to shift, as needed. We do not recommend starting a circle earlier than two weeks postpartum.
Intended for moms + their infants born in/near December 2024 & January 2025.
Hosted at Purposeful Path Counseling (free parking on-site)
Facilitated by Molly Sternberg (though rare, facilitator is subject to change)
Note: Our five-week series is occasionally spread over six or seven weeks, to accommodate holidays and encourage out-of-circle connection. We require a minimum of six participants to run a circle, and will reach out with solutions if we do not meet this minimum. Early booking helps!

Our 4th Trimester Postpartum Circle™ registration includes:
Five weeks of facilitated circle sessions, 90 minutes each (7.5 hours)
Print & digital 25+ page resource binder with tips for your journey + local resources.
An invitation to connect asynchronously (through a private communication platform) with fellow circle participants and your facilitator
Opportunities to connect with a larger network of circle alumni with similar-age infants

About Postpartum Circles™
Our facilitated, cohort-based 4th Trimester Postpartum Circles™ combine the delivery of just-in-time resources, facilitated discussion, and story-sharing from participants.
The goal? A comfortable + supportive space to ask questions in real-time and deeply connect with local parents in the same transformative season of postpartum and early parenting.
Participants are strongly encouraged to connect outside of designated meeting times, as one goal of Cincy Postpartum Circles™ is to help you cultivate your local village that can extend beyond the infant year!

Your Postpartum Body & Physical Recovery
Mental Health & Wellness, and Matrescence
Transitioning out of the 4th Trimester: preparing for back-to-work, extended leave, or life in at-home parenthood.
There is space for discussion to shift towards additional topics as participants request.
