Terms of Use

1. Use of Our Services

Cincy Postpartum offers resources including peer community circles, educational content, and referrals to local services. These services are intended for booked clients (parents of infant children). You agree to use our site and offerings only for lawful and respectful purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Our services are designed for individuals residing in the United States.

3. No Medical Advice

The content offered on our website, social media, resource packet, and community circles is for informational purposes only and does not substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider with any medical concerns.

4. Payment and Scheduling

Outside of extenuating circumstances, registration fees are non-refundable once a group session is booked. If you find this is not a good fit after your first circle meeting, contact us (a refund of 50% of your payment may be arranged). If extenuating circumstances arise before your circle begins, please connect, and we will work on an equitable solution. This policy is in place to ensure we can cover facilitator and administrative costs. Our margins are thin, and we rely exclusively on participant registration fees to cover our business expenses. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services if needed.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others;

• Upload or share inappropriate or illegal content;

• Interfere with our website’s functionality or security.

We reserve the right to remove access if these terms are violated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our site—including text, logos, graphics, and other materials—is the property of Cincy Postpartum or its contributors and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
